So what does a gal that wakes up late on a regular basis do to stay seemingly polished? Here are just a few of my daily essentials that get me to quickly sparkle & keep me on time!
Hair - So I'll be honest, my hair in not very manageable & I keep it in the same style but thats not boring, its a trademark! We all know dry shampoo is a gift from above but little people seem to know about the holy grail that is dry CONDITIONER. It is my baby, a styling miracle! I spray in Dirty Secret by Tigi's Rockaholic line (which smells amazing BTW) and then comes the tool of all tools. The hot air brush is my BEST FRIEND. makes my hair soft & moveable and helps in the battle against frizz which for me is like World War III.
Beauty - During the week I keep my makeup routing fairly simple but not a day goes by without my MAC lipstick in Kinda Sexy (Matte) or Hue (Glaze), sometimes both and a fresh revitalizing spray of Awapui Moisture Mist. These stay in my bag everyday!
Apparel - My number one article of clothing goes to the bodysuit. So versatile, so comfortable, and I always get compliments & double looks. My favorite of the bunch is my Striped Lame Bodysuit by American Apparel.
Shoes - As a confessed shoe addict, I cannot risk or stomach oil paint stained shoes so my go to shoe for the school week is definitely Toms. Everyone loves em, everyone has em, everyone understands! PLUS, who doesn't love the vast array of prints, colors, & styles?
Gadgets - All you iphone junkies can suck it because my Vibrant is my other half! Its where I store my lists, thoughts, memos, it wakes me up every morning, helps me sneak pictures of ugly shoes to tweet what not to do and keeps me connected & entertained on my down time. When my battery is running low I switch it up and bust out the itouch. Also keeps me entertained & connected all while immersed in the world of my music collection.
