A portrait I did was in the Annual Student Art Show this year & I was pretty excited. The bad news is that it is probably the last art show we will have. The funds for the gallery are not enough to stay afloat :( The halls are FILLED to the brim with 'SAVE THE ART GALLERY!' flyers and we've been trying to fight for it with countless emails, letters, protests and meetings but it's looking pretty grim. Meanwhile, 'some' staff are getting paid bonuses, getting raises, new offices and getting their phone bills & apartments paid for because their houses are just toooooo far. What is wrong with the world, honestly? I'm just tryna get to London!
